Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DrobeMate handles information when you use the DrobeMate iOS application. DrobeMate is developed and operated by Ege Bagatır, operating under the Flying Pixel Labs name.

1. On-device processing

DrobeMate is designed as a local-first application. Photos that you capture or select in DrobeMate, and information derived from those photos for wardrobe and outfit features, are processed on your device. DrobeMate does not upload those photos to a developer-operated server for storage or remote analysis.

2. Information stored on your device

The app may store wardrobe photos and thumbnails, clothing attributes and tags, scan history and previews, outfit ideas, preferences, and local purchase-entitlement information in the app's local storage. This information is used to provide DrobeMate's features.

3. Accounts, advertising, analytics, and tracking

DrobeMate does not require an account. The current version does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or cross-app tracking SDKs, and does not use advertising identifiers for tracking.

4. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. DrobeMate does not receive or process your payment-card details. The app may store purchase-related information locally, such as entitlement status, purchase timing, product identifier, and an Apple transaction identifier, as needed to apply the purchased feature. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

5. Photos and camera access

DrobeMate requests access to the camera when needed for capture features. Photo selection uses Apple's system photo picker. Access is used to provide features you choose to use.

6. Device and backup storage

DrobeMate stores app data within its iOS application container. The app relies on iOS data-protection mechanisms and does not add separate application-level encryption to its local database and image files. Depending on your device and Apple backup settings, app data may be included in an iCloud or computer backup. Such backups are provided and controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by a DrobeMate-operated cloud storage service.

7. Deleting your data

DrobeMate provides a Delete All Data function for wardrobe items, outfit ideas, scan history, and associated app image files. Local entitlement records and app preferences may be retained so that purchase access and basic settings continue to function. Removing the app normally removes its local sandbox from the device, although data may exist in device or Apple backups according to your backup settings.

8. Third-party technology

DrobeMate uses Apple's iOS frameworks and StoreKit. It also uses GRDB for local database functionality. GRDB operates locally in the app; DrobeMate does not use it to send your wardrobe information to a remote service.

9. Children's privacy

DrobeMate is a general-audience wardrobe and shopping utility and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not provide child-specific accounts or social features. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that raises a privacy concern, contact us using the address below.

10. Security

We use the security protections provided by iOS and design the app to minimize transmission of user content. No method of electronic storage or device security can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when DrobeMate's features or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
